Exchange Policy

Exchanges (size/style)

If something isn’t right or it’s a fit issue, we’ll swap it — just email info@contrast.pt and we’ll guide you through the next steps (and, when possible, we’ll try to generate a return label).

Exchange requests must be made within:

• Portugal: 14 days from delivery

• Outside Portugal: 30 days from delivery

Exchanges are subject to stock and must be approved before you ship anything. Email us first, so we can confirm availability and send the right instructions.

Once we receive and approve the returned items, we ship your replacement:

• within up to 14 days (Portugal)

• within up to 30 days (International)

Returns from Europe (EU + Non-EU)

If you’re ordering from the Europe (EU + Non-EU), you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. After you email us, you’ll have another 14 days to send the items back.

Email info@contrast.pt with:

• your order number

• the item(s)

• exchange (preferred) or return

Refunds are processed after the return is received and checked (or after proof of return is provided).

Returns US / Australia / Rest of World

Outside Europe, we generally don’t accept change-of-mind returns.
We do offer exchanges (size/style) within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right — and we’ll cover the return shipping in those cases.

Return label (we’ll try)

Don’t ship anything back without contacting us first.

Depending on your country/service, we can try to generate a return label:

• Fit / exchange / change of mind: return shipping is paid by the customer

• Defective / wrong item: we cover return shipping + reship the correct item

Conditions

Eligible items must be:

• unworn, unwashed, unused

• in original packaging

• with the brand tag attached and in very good condition

If an item shows signs of use, we may not be able to accept it.

Shipping responsibility

If you return using your own shipping method, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend tracked shipping.
